Quality training is the single most important factor in a safe and effective program. Within the challenge course industry today, there are very few accidents where the equipment fails. Most accidents and incidents are the result of poor training of staff. Assure that your staff have up to date training and can operate your programs well and safely by having Andrews Consulting, LLC conduct a training at your site.
We strongly encourage practitioners to become Certified under the internationally recognized ACCT Practitioner Certification Standards. Certification helps assure that you have the best skills and that other will recognize your skills. Certification is not required in very many locations today, however, having your certification will help you stand out from other facilitators looking for work.
All of our training programs and workshops are offered by skilled practitioners. All of our trainers are Facilitators first, not builders trying to train. We know the tools we give you will work, because we use them every day.
